Q: How do I use the refillable case?

A: Push the side buttons, slide off the outer shell, insert your BOD Pod (cap still on), remove the cap, slide the shell back down, and twist the base to raise/lower the deodorant.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized items may take longer.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged? 

A: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days. Personalized and opened personal care items are non-refundable.

Q: Can I personalize a case later?

A: Not at this time—but we may offer personalization add-ons in the future!
